BoBo Dumpling Bar has fine pedigree when it comes to modern Chinese fare; it’s the dumpling-based offshoot of Cantonese stalwart Tao in Sydney’s CBD. And much like the ideology that put Tao on the city’s culinary map, BoBo Dumpling Bar blends traditional recipes with a modern approach to flavour to create and elevated version of traditional favourites.
