When you think toastie, South Korean street food isn’t necessarily the first thing that comes to mind. But that’s about to change. For these are toasties, but not as you know them: an unlikely union between the traditional cheese toastie and an Asian-inspired burger, with fluffy scrambled eggs, because why not?  

They’re fun, creative, absolutely filling and totally delicious. Case in point, the signature ‘Eggsmith’:  scrambled egg, American cheese, roasted sesame flavoured slaw, spicy tomato relish, fish roe, chives, pickled radish and sweet corn drizzled with siracha mayo. A wise choice when you’re famished any time of the day.
